John and Michelle Skorski invite you to a strategic “prayer and redigging wells” assignment with revival historian Roberts Liardon!

We will visit, worship, and pray at the historical locations of the First and Second Great Awakenings and at two Ivy League Universities: Harvard and Dartmouth. We will also visit Plymouth, where the Pilgrims made a covenant “for the glory of God and the advancement of the Christian faith,” D.L. Moody’s home, and key Kingdom spots in Boston.

We will walk the Freedom Trail in Boston and visit Park Street Church, where in 1857-58, Charles Finney preached and led a revival. Park Street is also where Billy Graham's first transcontinental mid-century crusade began.

We’ll go to the D. L. Moody home, the D.L. Moody Center, and the campus in Northfield, Massachusetts. We’ll also visit the Old South Presbyterian Church in Newburyport where George Whitfield is buried under the pulpit. We’ll visit Jonathan Edwards’ church in Northampton, where Edwards oversaw some of the first revivals in 1733-35 and preached his famous “Sinners in the Hands of an Angry God” that helped launch the First Great Awakening. We’ll also visit David Brainard’s grave in North Hampton.

It’s time to take back our Ivy League universities, which were all founded for God! We will visit and pray at Dartmouth College (their motto: “A Voice Crying in the Wilderness”) in Hanover, NH, and at Harvard University in Cambridge, MA. (Harvard’s original motto was “Veritas Christo et Ecclesiae," which translated from Latin means "Truth for Christ and the Church.") We’ll also go to the Haystack revival site at Williams College in Williamstown, MA, where the first missionaries were launched from America.

The prayer assignment costs $800(double occupancy) and includes:

  • Accommodation for 5 nights at the beautiful Salvation Army Wonderland Conference Center in Sharon, MA.
  • Teaching from Roberts Liardon and Q & A times in the Wonderland chapel.
  • Also includes 5 breakfasts and 4 picnic lunches and snacks (you’ll be responsible for one dinner in the town daily).
  • A charter bus to and from the Boston Logan Airport and each day to our revival sites.

You are responsible for your travel to and from Boston Logan Airport May 3 (before noon) – May 8 (preferably in the afternoon). The earlier you purchase your airline ticket, the better prices you’ll find! If you plan on driving, you can leave your car at the conference center for the week.

Space is limited! Pay in full now or you can choose the 3-payment plan with a $268 deposit to hold your place; the second payment of $266 due 30 days after deposit; and the final payment of $266 due 60 days after deposit.
